WELL grew from a group of longtime friends who spent years bringing people together through nightlife and hospitality. As our lives evolved, our focus shifted toward health, longevity, and well-being, while our passion for taking care of people remained. Our mission is to bring people together around the healthier pleasures in life through exceptional matcha, coffee, and thoughtfully crafted wellness beverages. We bring the care we give our closest friends to everyone who walks through our doors, creating a welcoming space where people of every background can connect, discover something new, and feel they belong.

That spirit comes to life through the vision of artist and cofounder Alex Smetsky. Inspired by nature, WELL’s sculptural interior flows into and out of the walls, connecting the space and the people within it as one. Outside, the mosaic reflects our belief that individual, broken pieces can come together to form something beautiful, timeless, and greater than any piece alone.
